Born from a Melbourne sunset, our pop-up restaurant, Shelanous, evolved into a multi-sensory journey, blending Melbourne’s seasons into each dish. As we transitioned to “Shelanous”, we retained the essence of sharing, embodied in “nous,” meaning “our” or “us” in Hebrew and French.

WOW WOW WOW What a wonderful visual, audible, olfactory mind blowing experience. The imagination displayed not just on a plate but in the whole room is wondrous. Chef Rony and his magnificent team continually delighted us with their wizardry and theatrics. Do yourself a favour, make a booking and see, hear, smell and feel what this phenomenal dining experience is all about.

This is an incredible experience that I think is hard to describe using words, all the food, drink and music and show are just amazing, you will know what I’m saying when you sitting in this lovely place, strong recommend, fantastic vibe, perfect place for dating, family eating out or celebrating a special occasion.
