Food was horrible and over cooked . Sauce was watery. Shrimp tasted old. Did not agree with our stomach’s

Food was excellent and fresh. We hadn’t been back in a long while but glad we tried it again. We will be back.

Wait staff was very attentive. Kitchen staff used a lot of profanity I over heard while on the way to the restroom with my 10yo grandson. Hand washing station was out of order (would have prevented the stroll pass the kitchen to restroom). We had 4 adults and 2 children, this placing us in the party of 6 mandatory tip factored in. Seemed a little much. The food was well over priced but everyone enjoyed it. Give them 4 stars for the service & tasty crab legs.

Kathy is the best and most engaging manager I have seen in a while. Her smile is contagious. She is consistently making sure my family and I enjoyed our Mother’s Day. I really appreciate her enthusiasm and dedication to her craft. Molly is OUTSTANDING ♥️

We had a large number of people in our group, so we reserved a table. The server was very friendly. We ordered drinks, then appetizers. I ordered 4 appetizers for our table. Three of our appetizers came quickly, but our onion rings weren’t delivered until we were almost finished with our actual meals, despite me inquiring a few times. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the food was very good.

I recently visited Shell Shack with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I had hoped for. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted with indifference by the staff, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Despite waiting patiently for service, no server ever came to our table to take our order or even acknowledge our presence. After what felt like an eternity, we decided to leave, utterly disappointed by the lack of attention and professionalism. It's truly disheartening to see such a disregard for customer service in an establishment that prides itself on providing a quality dining experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to others. Until improvements are made in their service, I'll be taking my dining dollars elsewhere.

Loved the taste of everything. I do think it was pretty pricey.

Best seafood boil in DFW and I’ve had them on the gulf coast and low country and better than those as well

The food was the best sea food I have had in Texas. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. The datenight was more than enough for 2, we even had enough to take home. The staff was nice enough to educate us on how to properly reheat the food at home. Definitely 10/10 for quality and service. The alcoholic drinks were on point as well. Would recommend for a great night out!
