    I had the butter pasta and added crispy chicken to it and a salad. It was amazing! My friend had the Baja chicken sandwich and she loved it. The server was wonderful, friendly, and kept up with refills. It was our first time being there and we loved it! So clean and nice!

    Great food and service. They have worked through the issues they had at opening regarding their service. Drinks never ran dry and food timing was perfect.

    prime rib came out as a pot roast. steaks were $45 and not cooked to liking also had no flavor at all. they are extremely understaffed

    Had a party of 12 on New Year’s Eve. Waitress did a great job keeping drinks filled and food came out within a reasonable time. Everyone enjoyed their food and will definitely be back!

    Our favorite Batesville disappointmented us last night. Many large Christmas parties going on and there was not enough staff to handle customers. It was also a Christmas party for our party which was not a good experience.

    I have been here a few times and have enjoyed it. This time I went for Thanksgiving with my husband and young son. I truly enjoyed everything however, the one thing I would change is with the price we pay, we should be able to take home our very few left overs. During Thanksgiving you shouldn’t be throwing left overs away vs allowing those paying customers to take home food. I would suggest to change this policy going forward. Otherwise, we will be back. Lilly was fantastic!

    Cold food served in cardboard containers, fried chicken batter tasted bad, dried out ham, very small portion of pumpkin pie, nothing outstanding for a Thanksgiving celebration.

    I think this is the best place to eat in Batesville. You need to try the pretzel with the beer cheese, it’s awesome. The Shift burger is also a favorite.

    Food was good but eating when when the dining room is cold isnt fun. We had coats on the whole time we was there. This is about our 10th time eating at shift. Summer / Fall is it always very cool dining room.
