One of the worst hookah lounges in LA. We had a reservation at 11:15pm and we ordered 2 hookahs for $75 each (biggest rip off for terrible hookah) and they delivered the hookah at 12:38am… and they closed at 1am. We told several staff members that we were waiting and waiting and they kept assuring us that the owners has been told and they are still working on our hookahs… we kept telling them by the time it arrived, we would have barely any time to smoke… they did not care. The staff was very inattentive and overall the hookah flavors were garbage. I’m glad this was a pop up because that means it will close and move on and never come back (hopefully). The owner never did anything to acknowledge the many mistakes and the hookah spot had the nerve to charge an automatic 20% gratituity… of which they truly earned zero! NEVER COME HERE!
