We are ecstatic to open a state of the art open kitchen, serving the two dishes we recklessly love and cannot live without...noodles and sushi! Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality, as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch, in-house. This includes soups, tare (sauces), toppings, and last but not least, fresh crafted noodles. We hope to see you soon as we serve you our favorite foods. Outstanding rolls and lovely atmosphere. The ginger crème brûlée is heavenly. The best thing about Shiso is the people. From the sushi master to the servers, they are warm and welcoming.

Had a fantastic anniversary dinner with my partner. The black cod and chicken kaarage small plates were amazing and the tuna tasting sushi was superlative.

Food is delicious and service is great. The ramen, especially the pork ramen with its rich broth, is truly outstanding. Sushi is also really great. We’ll be back,!

Although we made a reservation through Open Table, no one verified it! We were marked as Walk In. There weren’t enough servers and so service was slow. The food was delicious, though a bit pricey. The Sake Sour was very good. We will likely go back, perhaps we will have Sushi this time. Open kitchen is great idea, but we took a booth due to various reasons.

Hidden gem in Philly. Everything we had was amazing from the tuna flight tonight the Kama. Everything was fresh and on point. Highly recommended!
