   The food was fairly tasty but a bit salty, the service was a little inconsistent with speed and halfway through someone brought another tables order to ours while we were still eating which caused a bit of confusion, my chair broke and I bang my arm and wrist, it was a bit of a theatrical event lol but if the food was slightly less salty would be better

   Service was sloppy and food wasn’t that good. I witnessed something that wasn’t dealt with in the way I would expect a restaurant to deal. I won’t be visiting Maya again and I won’t be recommending them either.

   Service was a little slow towards the end of the meal & needed to search out staff to serve us which was frustrating

   Food was way to spicy Waiter got our drinks wrong Lounge Chairs uncomfortable and not fit for dining purpose. After dinner we went to the sun lounges (my self and my 3 guests) a waiter took our order for drinks but after 10 min she came back saying we needed wrist bans I. Order to order drinks at the sun lounges. New rule I was not familiar with, so we had to leave the sun lounges and went to 5th floor. Here we found a table and sat down, it was not busy at all but waiters were ignoring us and seem more busy speaking amongst them selves than actually taking our order. I had to ask twice for table service but were told we had to talk to another waiter. After 10 min of waiting we left Shoreditch house and went to the new One Hundred Hotel where we were meet with the best service and hospitality. Almost felt like the service and attention we got at Shoreditch house a few years ago. I had a reservation for the following evening, Friday, but I cancelled this, because of this experience. I seriously recommend Shoreditch House up the service and exclusivity. The waiters are clearly less experienced than they used to. Br Jesper

   Service is too slow. Just too slow. Not diverse enough menu. Great vibe though.
