   Awful service, had to wait to be seated for 35 mins.firsy time going so wanted to try! But never ever again! It was hectic and packed staff didn't no what they was doing, lots of people standing in the reception part waiting to be seated (pre booked as well) food wasn't great at all. Had the steak and it was chewy and really fatty. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go again. Soz

   We travelled from Portsmouth and as fellow south Africans the food was outstanding. We will definitely be visiting again and as our party had increased by 1 they were very accommodating. The seafood boil is a must try, Queen prawns and lobster cooked to perfection. Their Jugs of drink so worth it and very tasty. All in all a first try and it did not disappoint. Wish there was a branch in the South of England. Excellent value for money.

   Booked here for our anniversary meal, asked for a quiet table and was put in a corner right next to 4 other tables. no acknowledgement of our anniversary either. Then we waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive (2 cans of Coke!) there was little to no interaction by the staff, even water is self serve, usually when I’ve been to a crab boil, it’s an experience, this is basically fast food, experienced, not a crab boil. The little details aren’t there. No table wrapping, no bibs, not even a pair of scissors or cracker to get into your crab. The boil sauce itself was a poor imitation, very much just a Cajun spice mixed with butter, lacking depth of flavour, and no seafood flavour in the sauce either, I don’t think they make a proper bisque at all. Disappointing experience, when you’ve had seafood boils in America or Canada, this is just a sub par, watered down, fast food version. And honestly the staff need a booster course in customer service and making guests feel wanted. But I think they are just there to speed up service as quickly as possible, and to have a high turnover. Crab and calamari was overcooked. Prawns were ok. Disappointing all around, won’t be back.

   Was my husband and daughters birthday. The staff members made the whole experience nice and memorable. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating

   Tried the SS boil platter for 2 here. Good seafood portions but not enough of the sides included (we only got 4 small pieces of sausage, 2 small pieces of corn and two eggs). We didn’t particularly enjoy the signature sauce that the seafood boil came covered in, it tastes like it has some sort of curry seasoning in it, which we personally did not like. IMO seafood boils should have a Cajun or slightly sweet + spicy flavour base. The rice that came with the boil was not nice at all and tasted like it had come out of a packet. However, the chips were really nice and well seasoned, and the mocktails were also really good. All in all, an okay seafood boil but I’ve tried nicer ones for similar or better prices.

   Service was good, food didn't take too long, and there were lots of people around us, so i thought it will take longer. Food quality amazing! That was my 5th visit and never dissapoints me.

   Its a cute place and the food is pretty decent. The service was great and the atmosphere aswell. Thanks a lot again Sharon, Blessen and Amina :)) We enjoyed it a lot there.

    The seafood boil platter was NOT good value for money at all. We had to check 3 times with the staff if that was the platter as advertised. A platter for 2 (£57) includes just one portion of snow crab leg, 2 PIECES of mussels, 2 PIECES of calamari and less than 10 shrimps which are small sizes rather than various sizes mentioned on menu. 50% space of the platter go to Biryani fried rice. I have not been to a restaurant like this in a looooong time. The only one bit good thing is the sauce. Sauce tastes good. Definitely would not visit again and would not want people having to have this experience. Picture not included because it’s not worth waste a space in my album…
