   This was exceptional the food and price. Great place with delicious food and plenty of it. Service good and friendly would highly recommend it.

   Dreadful service. We were only people eating in the bar yet waited 45 mins for starter and then another 45 mins for main course. Had to ask bar staff where each course was. Bar staff too busy standing around on their phones to clear away plates or even notice we hadn't received our food.

   Really good pub food. Large portion sizes as well. This is our second visit and we will be back. We've always went midweek for lunch so cannot say how busy it gets at the weekend. But it's always on the quieter side midweek. Staff are friendly and attentive.

   Food was delicious we had pizza and spaghetti the portions are huge the staff couldn't do enough for us.

   The food is amazing, we had a mix of pizza and pasta and everyone really enjoyed them. Staff is maybe a bit slow at doing drinks but nothing we couldn't cope with. Only disappointing things is that people are not stopped from vaping. That might put me off visiting in the future

   The venue was quiet as it was January.... which meant it was chilly too! Wear a jumper :) The pizza was lovely. Not much atmosphere, but I'm sure on a busy sports night it would be good. The service was a bit slow, as we weren't sure if it was table or at the bar. We ended up just going up to the bar to order. The boozy brunch deal was great value with a wide range of drinks.    Didn’t even have our booking had to get table at ballers. Was very noisy and had to clean our own table as was so busy. Food was actually ok then a fight broke out with security guard and was quite scary so we left to go to bungalow so won’t be back anytime soon

   Second time visiting Shuttle on an Itison deal. Food was great, with plenty of choices and large portions Staff were very friendly and helpful and atmosphere was lively Great venue for group nights out, as there are various areas to cater for different tastes in music etc. Highly recommend this place and would return again

    We wanted to try a new local place for our date night. Booked a table and arrived on time. Having never been before we didn’t know what to expect etc. entered the bar which had really loud music (everyone’s tolerance is different I accept that). Wasn’t sure where to sit anywhere or wait to be seated so we stood at the bar. And we stood for nearly ten minutes with no one acknowledging us. There was only one member of staff working and there was at least two other parties waiting at the bar. Having worked in hospitality I understand the pressure and the hard work most bar tenders do. But to not even acknowledge we were standing/ waiting we felt was poor. After ten minutes we left disappointed.
