    Awful, and wouldn’t refund the meal as it was booked through open table. Had the mushrooms and clams to start. Mushrooms were cold and there were literally 4 clams in the whole bowl of clam shells. The mains came and weren’t good. We didn’t eat them. The bathroom was filthy and flooded. We left at that point, they offered the desserts to go, but we declined we just wanted to get out of there. They refused to refund anything part of the meal because we’d booked and paid through opentable. Service wasn’t friendly and the tables are so crammed in the food had to be passed across other diners heads. Overall terrible experience. There were others complaining last night too apparently it used to be better and has really gone down hill.

    Excellent evening at Sicilian NQ. A real hidden gem that brings an authentic Sicilian vibe to the heart of Manchester. The food was exceptional, the service was even better. The venue is small, but this adds to the experience. I sat at the bar and whilst it was cramped and slightly uncomfortable, but it was worth it for food this good. I came for the arancini and I wasn’t disappointed.

    Very small but cosy restaurant-like a little family run trattoria in Italy-nice comfortable food and service-not expensive and would definitely return.

    This was our second visit and we were so happy that it lived up to our expectations. The food here is incredible and the atmosphere as well as the service is perfect. I forgot I was in Manchester for a couple of hours and felt like we were on holiday in sicily. This is one of our favourite restaurants and we'll definitely be returning

    We came at 19:30 and it was packed to the point where we were sat at a table in the walkway that other diners couldn’t get past. Only calmed down at 21:00. Food was okay but could tell they rushed to get it out due to having so many customers so wasn’t as good as I have previously had at this venue. Would recommend but at a quieter time for a better experience.

    Very authentic food. Efficient and friendly staff. I loved the vongole. There were some dishes on the menu that we haven’t seen before, which made a nice change. We will definitely go again.
