Pro: Food was nicely presented, decor was beautiful Cons: Long wait times for food, wrong dish brought over twice, staff huddled/chatting in the back, menu had changed recently and they hadn’t updated their website The food tasted fine, nothing blew me out of the water especially considering the prices of the food. I probably wouldn’t go back but instead try another restaurant in the area.

Nice atmosphere and fantastic food. Bill was very reasonable and the service was excellent. We had a nice chat with the manageress who was very nice and told us about all the events they do. Been before and will definitely go again!

Lovely as always, consistently special. Lunchtime visit again. Great food, great service and no pressure. Just a delight.

Was rushed to eat as soon as we sat down, barely taken our coats off and said hello to each other. Was under the impression that we had the table till 3.45 because the booking confirmation stated 3 hrs for parties of 7+ and we clarified this on arrival to which we were told yes. The older waitress who appeared to be in charge then went on to say if we wanted to stay later we could or would we like her to book us a table next door.....which we agreed for her to do. Then after 2 hours instead she brought the bill and told us we needed to leave as the table was booked out! Completely different story to previous, when we pointed out this and I showed her the confirmation with it written in black and white she said oh no that relates to our normal sittings not brunch .....she was all sure if herself stating I needed to click the read more link to the brunch section which I did and that said the same. She had no explanantion for that or why she had asked us if we wanted to stay on after our said time, just kept saying that she had other people booked on that table. Didn't make any sense. So the problem here is we were not only rushed but 4 of us had 4 drinks the other 3 had just 3 drinks out of a maximum 8 we were allowed with the package apparently. So we did not get value for money we proceeded to spend another £135.00 on drinks next door in the bar. In addition the bill came up without the full deposit taken off which had to be amended, it had no service so we added a tip only to find when I got home that at the point of paying 10% service charge was added. Very sneaky, if I had not asked for a receipt I would have not known that. I had to call the restaurant when 8 got home to get that reimbursed. All in all a complete shambles........be careful everyone of your bills. And don't trust the time allowed for your booking they will only honour that if they don't get another booking and you will only get half your drunk allowance because if it..

The girls were all lovely that served the tables . Food delicious and good portions , atmosphere fun perfect night
