Ambiance perfect, service 10/10, food good but cous cous with lamb was very bland. Wagu steak was ok but a little more veggie would have been nice. Overall would def go back tho..

Our server Gary was wonderful, very kind and accomodating. He forgot to give us share plates for our entree but he was otherwise really lovely. In terms of food, we were really disappointed with it considering the price. Caesar salad lettuce was wet and soggy, croutons stale, only 6 tiny pieces of chicken. The steak wasn’t seasoned at all and was very chewy. It was nice and quiet which was great for us, wine was ok.

We went to this restaurant last year and the food was amazing. We went last night and the quality of service and food was extremely poor. We left feeling unwell and did not enjoy it at all. We had Barramundi it was grey , tasteless and terrible. Such a shame that this has gone downhill so much in a matter of 9 months .

I would recommend a night out at this restaurant. The staff were fabulous, and the food was wonderful.

Restaurant was very quiet the night we dined but food, especially the bread selection and lamb main was very good, with very friendly service. Good value for very good food.

This was an extraordinarily expensive experience for really poor quality food. The hot food was overcooked and tasteless with no sauces. The cold food consisted of rice and salad ingredients, prawns, ceviche (which was nice) and thickly cut raw salmon. Desert was pastries (no custard or cream available) and rock solid carrot cake, there wasn't even any cream on the pavlovas! There was no thought or any attention to cuisine at all. A Pacific "feast " should be a selection of fine seafood, not prawns you can find in any Cairns bar. It should be fresh and inviting. It was truly, truly awful and we left $200 lighter and thoroughly disappointed, we will NEVER dine at the Hilton again, this was a truly shocking performance and we should have gone to Hemingway's for edible food at a quarter of the price.

Great location and view. Restaurant empty so lacked ambience. Menu was in tatters with ripped pages. Food was all good and service good but the dining experience felt awkward. Not sure I would rush back.

Service was poor took 45mins for them to even serve a glass of water on arrival, waited nearly 2hrs for mains ,ended up leaving without dinner
