In addition to the dining area, which boasts spectacular views overlooking the Otemachi area, the Imperial Palace and the Shinjuku skyscrapers, Signature offers private rooms for up to 10 people as well as semi-private dining spaces where guests can enjoy views of Tokyo Bay and the Ginza area. The dishes served in the Michelin-starred French-inspired dining area are adventurously yet delicately arranged by Chef Nicolas Boujema. 母の日のプレゼントで伺いました。夕食でしか伺ったことがなかったので、今回は初のランチでした。繊細な盛り付けに、フレンチらしいしっかりとした味付けで堪能しました。ゴールデンウィークでお客様も多かったですが、ゆっくり時間を過ごすことができました。

Had a wonderful meal there on Valentines Day. The 6 course menu was perfect as we did not want a heavy meal (they had 7 and 8 courses options too). The freshly baked bread was impossible to resist even though I wanted to eat less carbo. From starter to end, every course was tasty and beautifully plated. The service was excellent too with very pleasant staff chatting and explaining the food to us. Will be back for more meals there!👍👍👍

とても落ち着いた雰囲気のお店で夜景を見ながらゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができました。また、お料理の方もインパクト控えめでカロリーを気にされる方や少食な女性、年配者にはちょうど良い上品なお味でした。また是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

珍しいアジアンフレンチです。2名で7品のコースを頂きました。ロブションよりはお財布に優しいけど、料理はアジアよりなので、あまりフレンチに馴染みがない方にもおすすめです。入口近くの窓側テーブルから見下ろす景色はあまり期待されないほうが良いです。雰囲気はシンガポールにはおよびません。

値段はそれなりにはりますので味は相応で美味しです。店員の方の対応が同レベルのどのレストランよりも素晴らしかったです。ホスピタリティも含めてのレストランと思ってますので非常に気持ちよく食事ができます。

窓際の席とお願いしてあったが、案内された席は奥の席。しかも窓際の席は偉い方なのでしょうか、居眠りをして席を占領されている方が寝ておられました。１万円以上支払って食べるランチとしてはあまり良い雰囲気とは言えません。

ソファ席で広々としていたのと、豪華なホテルにしてはお値段が高すぎず、美味しくいただけました。ただ、メニューの選択があまりできず、肉が食べることが出来ない同伴者には選択が厳しかったようです。

窓際のテーブルにご案内頂きました。お花のプレゼントとケーキをお願いしておりましたが、とても素敵な花束と、ケーキをご用意頂きました。料理もとても素晴らしく、見た目も味も申し分ありませんでした。特に黒トリュフのお皿がとてもおいしかったです。フロアスタッフの方々も常に気にかけてくださり、妻がお手洗いに立つ時もすぐ後ろについてくださり、ご案内して頂きました。
