   Great food with attentive service. Relaxing atmosphere. So pleased we spent our anniversary evening at Signature. Deeply recommend.

   My wife and I went to Signature Restaurant last Friday and arrived early. We started at the bar with a glass of French white wine before heading to our table. The appetizers were delicious, and for our main courses, we had redfish and halibut—both cooked to perfection. Between courses, the chef provided palate cleansers, which was a thoughtful touch. We didn’t order dessert, but the chef surprised us with samples, and they were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

   Loved the beautiful restaurant and the delicious, artfully prepared food. Great wine list. The only issue we had was the protracted service time between courses. Perhaps the kitchen got slammed, as it happens, but it was 2 hours before we received our entrees (after amuse bouche, appetizers, and sorbet). That was a bit too much, although we would likely dine here again now that we know what to expect, considering the otherwise stellar experience.

   Signature is a great restaurant! The staff were courteous and professional. Johnny “our waiter” was exceptional and his attention to details were unmatched! Our entrees were also great. While my tenderloin was full of flavor, it arrived at room temperature, not hot. Although my wife’s short rib was phenomenal. -Kerry D.

   This restaurant was great! Service was wonderful…very attentive server! The food was delicious! Beginning with the Oysters and Caviar and the Octopus, going on to the Axis Deer, and ending with the EggNog Creme Brulee…..each dish was tasty, and beautifully presented! The extra touches….the soup, the bread,butter, sorbet, and the cookie tray were all very special! The restaurant itself is very tastefully decorated…in a beautiful location! A great evening!!

    From the incredible food to the warm, intimate atmosphere, Signature made our proposal unforgettable. Every dish was crafted to perfection, but what truly set the night apart was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect proposal, making the moment seamless and special.
