                                                                    Very nice dinner at the Silo Elevate. Brandon our server was engaging and professional guiding us through the chef specials. We recommend this restaurant for one of SA ‘s best restaurants for date night.

                                                                    Everyone in our party truly enjoyed the ambience and great food last night at Silo. The salads, seafood entrees and wine were top rate as usual. Silo remains one of the best fine dining experiences in San Antonio.

                                                                    Best place for a special occasion dinner at present, David was an amazing server, but the entire team was welcoming and helpful. The menu has a lot of old favorites for those inclined, but always seems to a add a few specials that never disappoint. Perfect acoustics for quiet tableside conversation while maintaining the energetic vibe of the place.

                                                                    This was our second time here and again the food and service was great. I started with the Tijuana Lady to drink, which was refreshing. I started dinner with the Baby Wedge Salad which was very delicious and I appreciated the fact that the blue cheese crumble was not over powering. For my entrée I had the Chicken Fried Oyster, which is very good and a perfect portion. For dessert I selected the Citrus Cheesecake. Our server was great and I think I threw him off at first by joking with him. I look forward to returning to Silo for another great dinner.

                                                                    Silo elevated is always a treat. If you want fish prepared at its very best this is the spot. Tonight’s special was grouper and it was heavenly. Our table also had a lobster tail and Australian raised rack of lamb. From the food to the service everything was outstanding. Even had a couple of my favorite rye old fashions. Always a great evening, always fantastic service, and always worth the price. Let’s be honest, it is an expensive place but you get what you pay for, excelence.

                                                                    Hostesses were great, restaurant was pleasant which is standard here. David's service and the kitchens food are always incredible! One of the reasons we come back regularly. One of the best places to eat in San Antonio in my opinion.
