   WE had an unforgettable experience at Simaruba. The views, especially at sunset, were absolutely stunning, and the live music created such a wonderful ambiance. The food was fantastic—delicious, beautifully presented, and the portions were generous, all at very reasonable prices. The cocktails were top-notch, some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was exceptional, making us feel like VIPs. I highly recommend Simaruba for anyone seeking a perfect dining experience!

   La nuestra fue una cena de amigos y la pasamos de maravilla, la atención fue de primera, en verdad mucho mejor que otros restaurantes del área. Para nuestra sorpresa hubo clases de salsa y al final la gente seguía bailando, muy agradable. A pesar de la música podíamos platicar en un ambiente muy agradable al aire libre. La comida estupenda, pedimos una ensalada de vegetales asados y una tabla de quesos y charcutería... ah y churros de postre. Todo delicioso, con gusto regreso y lo recomiendo!!

   I had an amazing experience at this rooftop restaurant! The view, especially during sunset, was breathtaking, and the live music added the perfect touch to the atmosphere. The food was exquisite, with generous portions, and incredibly affordable compared to other places in the area. The cocktails were some of the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the service was exceptional; from the moment we arrived until the very end, we were treated like royalty. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

   We had an amazing dining experience at this beautiful rooftop restaurant in Cabo! The ambiance is perfect, with live music adding to the relaxed yet lively atmosphere. So far, this place has served us the best food in Cabo! The portions were generous, and the prices were incredibly affordable for the quality. We enjoyed the corn esquites, the Beetroot Salad, Salmon, and the Mexican Risotto with seafood — each dish was bursting with flavor. As for drinks, the cocktails were absolutely outstanding! The Simaruba Pina Colada style drink with daquiri Foam is a must-try – it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Cabo!

    My waiter changed so that I could get more help understanding the menu, etc-language! So my experience was fabulous. I was taken care and treated with respect and care. The fish tacos were excellent.
