Every plate was flavorful and colorful. We had the Smoked Salmon Galette, Mushroom Strata, Burrata Salad and Huevos Rotos; everything was delicious. The combination of flavors and textures was divine. The Mimosas were the best pairing for our food. Service was great.

Excellent menu for Valentines. Exquisite langoustines and filet mignon. Always with a local touch. Friendly atmosphere and service. Great wines.

Simposio always delivers! This time we tried one of the weekly specials: fish filet in "gandules" sauce and "guineito". Delicious. The cheese balls with local jam were a good way to start—great wines and cocktails in a casual ambiance.

Top-notch service and incredible food! This was our third visit to Simposio, and it never disappoints. The owner is always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly and making us feel genuinely welcome. That is the difference!

High end but easy to get a rez on a Sat night. Seems like a lot of locals go here. Co-owner greeted us and explained his restaurant and was fabulous. Only negatives were that they were out of some things which is expected on an island and air conditioning was a little high. Excellent experience and definitely a hidden gem!!!

Always consistent. Cod and red snspper are super fresh and delicious, It is a gem.

What a fantastic experience! Flavors were bold and inventive without any gimmicks. Presentation was clever. Everything we tried was amazing. Portion sizes were generous. One of our best dinners in a long time!

We wanted to try this new place and opted to go for a dinner date. The space is pretty casual and spacious. The drinks were well balanced and promptly served. We decided to try three of the appetizers. The blood sausage in phyllo pastry was a bit dry yet flavorful. We also had the lobster arancini and was really pleasurable. The pastel was delicious. All of them were nicely served and the portions are good-sized. As main course we shared lamb chops perfectly cooked yet the risotto lacked flavor. We enjoyed a nice Ribera del Duero wine that paired divine with the flavors of our different dishes. Service was excellent. A nice little gem in Santurce. Highly recommended.
