   The moment you walk through the front door you will realize that you're in a place quite unlike anything on the Gulf Coast. You check in amd you're escorted through closed doors and when you walk into the restaurant - this place will amaze you. Have been going to The White Pillars for years and expected nothing but the best from Siren. Austin amd Tresse have put together such a great concept. Justin is always to the consumate professional - moving from table to table greeting people like they are long time friends. Brendan - wonderful drink menu. Highly recommend the Pachuca if you're a fan of Mezcal. Crazy good. We took adventue down the bite sized route - Started with Crab Ravacote, Shrimp Cocktail and Scallop Crudo. All fantastically prepared and delicious. Then we went with the 1000 Layer Potatoes and the Ravioli. Our server - can't recall her name but we had Table 3 on 11/26. Well versed on the menu items, attentive and prompt. Took a little tour after dinner with Justin - can't wait to visit that patio area next time. Quite simply - it's a great place. Well done.

   The service and food were outstanding. The beef Wellington was phenomenal. Our server was exceptionally attentive.  I would definitely recommend this place.

   Upbeat and seductive atmosphere. Fantastic food and cocktails with great service. Small intimate restaurant, definitely make a reservation.

   Excellent food and service. I didn’t think Chef Sumrall could improve on his other restaurant, White Pillars, but Siren is just as fantastic, with a diverse menu.

   The noise level is very high. You almost have to shout to have a conversation. The walls are brick, concrete floor. The tables are only a foot apart. There is also pretty loud music playing. This restaurant is not a fit for my style of dining. It is truly a “speak easy” I know the chef is creative but I really didn’t like the way the Cesar Salad was prepared. Totally non traditional. My wife got a huge breaded fried pork chop, just like at a roadside dinner. Far too large. Cannot go to the bar for a drink. The bar is reserved just for dining.
