   My fiancé and I went here for Saturday dinner. Despite it being busy for St. Patrick's Day event we were seated and served promptly by Ms. Abigail. Abigail was attentive to all of our needs and dietary restrictions / requests. I had a delicious virgin mojito and my fiancé had a gin and tonic. We ordered the tuna crudo to start, as well as a Rocket Salad. My fiancé and I agreed the salad was the best we've tasted in a long time. Delicious!!! Our main entree was a Ribeye which I requested to add crispy onions and mushrooms. Also delicious! Thank you SiX for your food, hospitality, and gorgeous terrace sunset!

   The mashed potatoes were cold but the grouper was piping hot, the salads came out after the entree but only after we asked about them. The food was tasty though, aside from the temperature and timing issue. We were all splitting meals yet they didn’t bring extra plates for sharing or even offer to split the entrees on 2 plates until we asked. The bar was packed and the drinks took 15 minutes to get to our table in the restaurant and the server never asked if we wanted another round. It was a disappointing evening and not up to JW standards in my opinion.

   Six wasn't too bad of a restaurant. The rooftop view was nice to see and watching boats launch in the sunset was a cool treat. Everything else was good but not great really. The menu was simple, and while some foods paired well such as the crispy pork belly, the corn chowder lacked seasoning just like my ribeye. The ambience of being outside during dinner was really nice and offered something different than the standard of sitting inside. A good one time only but won't be returning.

   The food was really good when we received it, but it took almost 2 hours for us to get our food. The staff gave us a complimentary appetizer which was good but again the overall service was not good. Seeing other tables get their food before us was frustrating. They said there was a backup in the kitchen but there were hardly any people there getting food. Overall the food was good just was not impressed with the service/wait time getting our food.

   We had an incredible dining experience at SiX in Tampa! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was perfect—beautiful views, a stylish yet comfortable setting, and a welcoming vibe. Our server, Anthony, was fantastic! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The food and drinks were absolutely top-notch. We started with the pork belly appetizer, which was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. The garlic butter shrimp was the real standout, though—rich, buttery, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was amazing! The cocktail selection was also impressive, with well-balanced drinks that perfectly complemented our meal. Overall, SiX exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal with a view in Tampa!

   Our meals were deliciously presented and bountiful, showcasing a beautiful array of flavors. Our server Ashley, provided excellent recommendations, wonderful service and was very attentive. We had a fantastic dinner!

   Valentines date with my girlfriend, we ordered the Ribeye and Burger. The ribeye was cooked a perfect medium rare and was seasoned well with an impeccable sear. It was served with green beans and potatoes which were also cooked very well. The burger was also cooked medium rare and it tasted amazing.

   First time there we had made reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day, great location downtown. When we walked in 8:30 it was very quiet and empty probably 5 couples including us. The menu the was the smallest menu I’ve seen not much at all to choose from, drinks were regular drinks food was just fine presentation was good. Afterwards we paid and as we was at the elevators our server walked up to us and demanded we go back inside and pay! I was very confused and embarrassed as the two hosts and people waited to get on the elevator all heard this commotion. So we walked back inside to the register and he opens book with our tab and it WAS NOT EVEN OURS, he had the wrong one in his hands ours was still at the table as we looked back at our table. He quickly goes to it and opens it and sees the cash with tip we left and all he says we don’t accept cash. I explained this to him that No where does it say or have ANY signs as you walk in or at the tables or was mentioned to us they do not accept cash?! It doesn’t show they do not accept cash when I made the reservation ether, so at this point I’m over it and we used a card to pay our bill with 20% tip. That was our experience, he embarrassed me and my girlfriend in front of everyone over his mistake.
