Good food. Terrible service. Typically I don’t like to hate on servers because I also work in the industry part time and I understand that things can be hectic and servers can get in the weeds but the service tonight by Cheyenne was abysmal and inexcusable. She visited our table 2 times in 2 hours and never once asked if we wanted refills, more wine, more water, etc. I literally had the busser hunt her down in the back because one of the appetizer items we ordered never came after we had gotten our entrees… and we wanted dessert for a birthday celebration. BTW the olive oil cake was fire. Anyways, after desert we waited 25 minutes for the check as I watched her talk to a table that was literally not in her section across the restaurant. She honestly didn’t deserve a tip IMO but as I paid the bill she was hovering over my shoulder acting like she provided 10/10 service. Mind you I even had the hostess track her down to tell her we were ready to leave and wanted to close out. Oh and she didn’t clear our dinner plates either, we piled them up next to us in hopes she would come and acknowledge our existence… odd bc she gave the group of 6 men next to us plenty of attention and service though out the night and she even dropped off their food! Anyways, good food, nice restaurant just abysmal service for a Tuesday night. I can’t imagine what it’s like on a weekend trying to get any type of drink, appetizer or service from Cheyenne. I honestly feel robbed of my money for the service…. Like I literally would have something her directly but she wouldn’t have cared because she didn’t care to ask us how it was. I have had better service at my neighborhood Taco Bell. Like to comp the appetizer that was late and not provide a free birthday dessert is insane also, like if I knew an item didn’t arrive to a table im sending management to my table for a brief apology…. We got nothing. I’ll be back but I will not ask for Cheyenne as a server for another terrible time. Do better. 🫶🏼
