   I went to this restaurant after a five hour flight and really wanted to enjoy my time here. The food was decent. The one thing I would say that had me shocked and confused. Is it upon receiving my boxed up food that I had previously eaten while dining in? I noticed that the quantity of food they put in my box was significantly smaller as if they had spilled my food in the back kitchen while boxing it up and just sent me on with spoonfuls of what was left. I reached out to the restaurant, but no one contacted me. I paid $82 For a pasta, soup and sparkling water believe it or not and I couldn’t believe that they would handle my food packaging with such little care. I know I didn’t eat down my food in the restaurant like that because I wasn’t that hungry. I just wanted to sample what I had ordered and take the rest back to my hotel. I think they need to do a better job of caring for their customers because I had planned to return the next day, but seeing that they packed up the tiniest portion of my meal and slipped it to me left a bad taste in my mouth. I visited this restaurant after a long five-hour flight, hoping to enjoy a relaxing meal. The food was decent, but what really left me shocked and disappointed was the handling of my to-go order. I had ordered a pasta and soup, and while I dined in, I only sampled a small portion since I wasn’t very hungry and planned to take the rest back to my hotel. When I asked for my leftovers to be boxed up, everything seemed fine—until I got back to my hotel and opened the bag. To my surprise, the soup container only had about two spoonfuls left—far less than what I had eaten. It genuinely felt like the soup had been spilled in the back while being packaged, and instead of remaking or replacing it, they just sent me off with what was left. I reached out to the restaurant, but no one followed up with me. I ended up paying $82 for a pasta, soup, and sparkling water, and couldn’t believe how carelessly my food was handled.

   Ivan was amazing, food amazing , drink nice and medium strong . Service everyone so friendly and nice even in the middle of the day . The sweets was fresh and straight out of the oven. While we waited we took the time to take photos , the entire establishment from top to bottom absolutely down to the bathroom, didn’t want to leave lol. 100% top marks and insta/tiktok worthy

   My second time visiting , you guys are super accommodating! My son celebrated his 20th birthday here and I’ll definitely be back again, especially to experience the brunch

   Place its beauty, our waiters were great but what upset me is that I choose this place for my 10 year anniversary, I specified that on my reservation, when I get there they give a table in a private room away from the Dj, good ambiance etc, I told the host I didn’t like the location of the table and she changed me to another room right by the stairs, not in the main room,meanwhile the main room was less than a half empty, during the time I was there I saw other couples getting there and been seat it in the main room, I told the host my concern and the notes I wrote on my reservation and if they read it when people do reservations on open table,she apologized and told me it was out of her hands, that the manager told her to distribute it like that( I don’t think so) they have to do better, on top of that in that room were 2 more tables counting us,they gave fake microphones to everyone that was in the main room plus one table in my room and no microphone to my table or my neighbor…. We felt left out..

   Thank to the Theresa and the staff at Skinos. I had a mishap with my reservation and they really worked with me so I can have a beautiful event!! This was my first time there but it won’t be my last!!!
