   Sky Fire is always incredible. Not a detail left undone, you are taken care of from the moment you walk in, greeted by the server with your name, dishes presented at just the right speed, cocktails and wine so well paired, flavors so unique you have no idea how someone can think to put this magic together. Sky Fire is old school hospitality, reminding the guest that this is an experience to be savored and enjoyed.

   Skyfire is far and away the best dining experience i’ve had since moving to Santa Fe five years ago. Outstanding cuisine. Sensational service. I’ve dined in just about every restaurant in the city. This is simply head and shoulders above the rest.

   Outstanding food and I highly recommend dinner at SkyFire. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. All 3 were finger licking delicious. The staff is so courteous, polite and attentive. The entire experience is nothing but outstanding. Can’t wait to visit again!!

   This restaurant has had a lot of ups and downs. It opened with a lot of challenges, but then became outstanding. Unfortunately it seems to be slipping backwards. The ambiance is charming and elegant. The food is good, to outstanding. But the service (which is where they’ve struggled in the past) leaves something to be desired. It wasn’t bad, but it doesn’t meet the standard the hotel is trying to uphold. One example, our wine was brought out, the bottle decanted and then the decanter with the wine was left for us to pour. No staff ever poured any wine for us (including refilling empty glasses). While not the worst thing, it is not proper for a formal dinner. I’m hoping it was just an off evening. As we know how great this restaurant can be. I will still recommend it to friends.

   Brunch (on a Sunday) - Was fantastic, we had the Croissant French Toast (fantastic) and the Norteno Benedict (very good, beware it's spicy). The Bloody Mary and Coffee are both very good! Be warned, it's pricey ($100+ for 2 for brunch)....it's a splurge, and as such worth the visit.

   Beautiful venue, day or night. Imginative Santa Fe centric cuisine. The elk carpaccio, beet salad and tuna crudo were all top notch. The ruby trout main was great as well. And the Mexican Bomb dessert was indeed the 'bomb'. Highly recommended.

    Bishops Lodge and Skyfire never disappoint. We are Santa Fe locals and come often for drinks on their fabulous patio and special event dinners in the dining room. We had NYE dinner with 3 other couples and were given the private wine room in the back - very lovely! Our server was attentive, and the food was incredible. The restaurant was incredibly festive and perfect to ring in the New Year. I would highly recommend it for either afternoon cocktails or full on fancy meal.
