   Eine sehr unfreundliche junge blondharige kellnerin hat uns ganz am Anfang die Stimmung versaut. Wir wollten wissen ob ein bestimmter Tisch verfügbar war und Ihre Antwort war, mit einem frechen Ton, ob wir nicht sehen können das da kein reservierungsschild ist. Coctail gläser komplett klebrig. Lohnt sich nur wegen den Aussichten.

   Die Skyline Bar 20 up verspricht jedem Besucher ein besonderes Erlebnis. Im 20. Stock gemütlich mit exzellenten, wenn auch nicht ganz günstigen, Cocktails einen Panoramablick über die Hafencity zu haben ist ein wahrliches besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)

   Die Bar an sich ist mega. Man hat einen wirklich phantastischen Ausblick vom dort. Absolut einmalig. Das Empfangspersonal war allerdings unter aller Kanone. Man wurde von oben bis unten gemustert und mein Freund unfreundlich aufgefordert , seine Bauchtasche bitte abzunehmen und in die Hand zu nehmen. Die Empfangsdame war absolut unmöglich und einfach nur hochnäsig. Anscheinend passte ihr uberee Visage nicht. Was uns gewundert hat war das Zimmerleute in ihrer Zunftkleidung Zutritt bekamen. Das war kein Problem. Auch der Zustand der Toiletten Herren war unmöglich . Das passte alles nicht zusammen. Vom Ausblick alles fein....der Service leider daneben. Am Vortag waren wir schon einmal hochgefahren um zu schauen wo die Bar ist. Dort wurden im gegenüberliegenden Fahrstuhl Fotos gemacht. Eine junge Dame ...leichtbekleidet....die sich mit hochgestelltem Bein im Fahrstuhlrahmen positionierte. Niemand hat da etwas gesagt. Wir fanden das sehr unangenehm .Man kann sich nur noch wundern. ....

   I recently dined at this restaurant and was very disappointed with the poor service. First of all, we had to wait a long time before anyone came to take our orders. The waitress seemed stressed and inattentive, which led to further delays. When our food finally arrived, it was not only cold but also not what we had ordered. When we politely asked for it to be corrected, she responded with annoyance and promised to take care of it, but it took ages for us to receive the correct dish. Communication was terrible, and it felt like the staff did not work well as a team. We felt unwelcome and more like a burden. Additionally, the bill came with further errors, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the poor service. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer much better hospitality.

   Das einzige ist das es sehr kalt war Aber ansonsten hat es uns super gut gefallen vor allem der Kelner Marius war sowas von nett und Aufmerksamkeit wirklich top Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder

    Einfach genial, toller Platz am Fenster, 2 Tische für unsere Gruppe mit 8 Leute, sehr aufmerksamer Kellner. Hat sich viel Zeit genommen, hat uns bestens unterhalten, sehr lustig. Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen, hatten keins. Preise für cocktails nicht billig, aber den Preis wert. Dafür hatten wir die beste Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder
