Owner and acclaimed chef David Slay brings you SLAY Steak + Fish House. The food is locally sourced, some of which comes from his very own garden in Orange County at his other restaurants, Park Ave & Il Garage. SLAY offers cast-iron cooked grass-fed beef, chops, and sustainable seafood. Wine, from his very own winery Slay Estate & Vineyard located in Santa Barbara is also sold at SLAY. The ambiance is upscale and one of a kind.

We chose this restuarant as a good middle destination for us (South County) and our friends coming from Calabasas. The food was delish, the service was FAST and the owner gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine. Celebrated an intimate 40th birthday there - was perfect.

It was our first time going for Valentines, my girlfriend and I, with a reservation at 4:15. A little nervous because we didn't know what to expect but man was everything literally perfect. The gentleman who attended us made us feel welcomed with a feeling of familiarity! The vibe and ambiance was nice and relaxing with a candle to make the date feel more romantic. The food was a 10/10, amazing quality of my ribeye as well as my partners salmon. The appetizers were to die for, as well as our drinks, with a wide variety to choose from! Culminated perfectly with dessert and great service. I can honestly call it the perfect date night, and a perfect restaurant. Thank you!

The incomparable Slay Steak & Fish does it again and again. A south bay gem, as are all the Slay restaurants. We ordered everything from steak to crudo to clams casino, and banana pudding pie. Five stars.

As always, dinner at Slays was exceptional. Roasted marrow bones were perfect for a chilly evening, as were flat iron steak with fabulous twice roasted potato and beef stroganoff. Capped with great desserts. What more could one want? Only a Slays in Redondo!

The location is perfect. The restaurant is cozy and has limited seating. I would recommend making reservations. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are satisfying. Service is amazing!
