We love the location of this restaurant next to the Saenger Theater and we like the ambience, but the food was terrible! We had been there before for appetizers and had great success so we decided to try dinner. Staff was very friendly but stretched a little thin taking care of everyone. Tuna tastes old. Lobster roll was cold and didn’t have the warm butter. The chicken was missing the sauce. Only thing edible was the salad and the raw oysters.

No host present at arrival. We had a reservation and a good table. The place was severely understaffed. Drinks were sad, a sangria made by the glass full off ice with chopped fruit dropped on top and an old fashioned with apologies that they didn’t have any oranges. After ordering scallops, we were informed they hadn’t had any for weeks. So we decided on grilled oysters, crab crusted grouper and cajun pasta (was going to get shrimp & scallops but as previously stated no scallops so I didn’t even ask). Entrees arrived, but not the oysters come to find they were out of the herb garlic sauce wtf? Food we got was tasty, price was ridiculous for what we got. They tried to charge me $3 for “rocks” on my Buffalo Trace on the rocks while I have free glass of icewayin front of me.

Felt like a chain restaurant and lack of ambience and felt touristy.

The server very rarely came to our table. She was very prompt at offering a correction when something was wrong, but sadly too many things were wrong. I had to lemonade cocktail, which was too sweet and tart, but had no hint that it was a mixed drink. It tasted like sour mix and vanilla. We ordered two meals. I had the grouper on the recommendation of the server and it was just OK. For some reason, the grouper was a little chewy. My guest had the mahi-mahi basket and the mahi-mahi was undercooked. It was raw some places. I wish there was something that we liked, but sadly there wasn’t. They did offer to make my drink less sweet and did take off the undercooked mahi-mahi from the Bill. I would never eat here again.

The atmosphere it great and the staff is friendly. However, keep in mind that the prices are high and the portions are small. But it's definitely an experience worth having.

Server was great! Getting food to the table took an hour and a half. They brought out cold, raw fish. The only reason they got a 3 star was because of the service. The restaurant definitely has potential.

We arrived for our reservation at 6:45 and were seated promptly… got our drinks and ordered. The waitress was very nice. Two hours later we got our dinner. Two. Hours. I had to ask for the manager, who was very apologetic and comped our meal (which was not very good). The table next to us and the table behind us also waited over two hours for their food. I understand that it was Valentine’s Day, but management should have accounted for that. I don’t recommend wasting your time here… very disappointing.

Place was fairly good, we enjoyed it. We weren't blown away by the fish dinner plates we had, but the oysters, drinks and service were really good.

Came here on a whim and really enjoyed. Happy Hour has $1 raw oysters, so I made sure to get a dozen. Also ordered a dozen of Rockefeller and a dozen and a half of the garlic parm ones too. Quite the treat. Will be back.
