Seriously understaffed this evening but waitress managing as only one there. But food was very good and luckily a quieter night but still a tough one for staff.

Great staff and atmosphere but the cocktails were horrible and food was mediocre. Got 2 margaritas and they were so sour we couldn’t drink any of it. Waiter offered us a free dessert, which we declined (see food review), but didn’t comp the drinks. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely not 4 and 5 star chefs they advertise. Arancini was room temp and ruined with a maple honey glaze. Not sure who thought that was a good substitute for tomatoes sauce. Margherita flatbread had way too much cheese. 6 slices pizza must have used a full 2-3 balls of mozzarella. At the price point I would not go back. Might be an ok spot for a burger and a beer but I’ll stick to the restaurants down the road from now on.

Quality food and service. If you do Alpenglu beforehand, you get a solid discount. Highly recommend.

Our family has been to Sliders for Italian dinner a few times and we have had a great experience each time. Every person in our group thought the food & drinks were great, in a mountainside friendly atmosphere. We brought our 3 and 1 year old and felt well accommodated by the staff.

Sliders was a mixed bag. Service was good but most of the food was mediocre. Appetizers and table prepared pasta were good. The steak was chewy and overpriced.

Our waiter, Brian, was great and very attentive. The food and drinks were good. The burger was the favorite. Chicken saltimbocca sandwich didn’t have the sage flavor we love and had too much bread. Chicken Marsala was good, but a bit diluted with a lack of mushrooms. The brownie sundae and gelato was great and well liked amongst adults and kids. While we understood the ambience, it was hard to see and read the menu with the lack of overhead light. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and experience.

Sliders is clearly impacted by the construction going on at the Jordan Grand Hotel. You can't get to the restaurant from inside the property; and the restaurant restrooms are outside. Nice restrooms, but outside. The food was good, albeit a little more expensive than I expected considering the hotel conditions. I had a burger which came with nothing on the side. I added fries, which cost $8. I guess for $8 I thought they might come sprinkled with gold dust. The wine list is decent; the only Cabernet on the list was out of stock (Honig), but they had an alternate that I didnt' care for. I ordered a Barbera, which they said had been opened the day prior. It tasted older than that. I did order a second glass, and at my request, they opened a fresh bottle for me. Our server did a nice job; it can't be easy working on a Monday night when the hotel is so torn up. All in...it's been a while since I was at Sliders; I think I'll wait out the construction until I try again.

We have been to Sliders for over 15 years. It used to be a high quality dining experience for our family. This focus seems to be on speed of service with the quality of the food dropping significantly. Good quality service.
