Celebrating a birthday with my family and was not disappointed! Brian Kelly the manager was very professional and stopped by our table to check in ! He sent out a birthday dessert that was fantastic . Our server was amazing she was on point with every course ! It was our first time dining at this establishment and we all had an amazing dinner !

Incredible experience. Food was incredible and the service was outstanding. Our server Felipe was attentive, had great recommendations, and was fun during the whole meal. Look forward to going back!

My wife and I made a reservation for our anniversary and not only was our anniversary not acknowledged the service was really below average compared to the last time we dined with you guys. Our waiter forgot what we ordered for drinks and it took almost 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We ordered all our entrees and food at the same time because we barely got checked in on. I felt like we were thrown at a table and basically ignored up stairs compared to being downstairs. My wife's steak wasn't the greatest compared to last time as well. What was suppose to be a fantastic night out for our anniversary basically turned into a high price bad experience. We couldn't even find the manager to explain what happened. Very very disappointed with our service and experience this time around.

The waitstaff was very good, they were friendly and attentive. That being said the steak was below average. We got the Porterhouse for two which is $190 and it was bone dry. I get that it is dry aged, but I am used to getting these types of steaks with no need for a sauce and it was screaming for moisture and salt. I could have gotten a less expensive steak if I had known it wouldn't be amazing. It's a shame to pay $190 for a steak that needs sauce. *I have been to S&W many times over the years and I used to say it was better than Peter Luger's, but maybe that is no longer the case*

We spent our Valentine’s Day here and it was top tier! The swinging tomahawk was amazing and they have mocktails! Aaron was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and outgoing. We will be back and will ask for Aaron!!! A 10/10 experience.

For it to be valentine's day and to get the service that we got was amazing. First the waitress Boom was very hands on and helped us take pictures and was very informative about the menu and the timing of when the food was coming out. We got the grilled bacon for an appetizer which the bacon was nice and tender. We got the swinging tomahawk ribeye which was fantastic

We expected more professional/better trained wait staff based on the price of the food. And the food was just ok.

My girlfriend and I wanted to try Smith & Wollensky for quite some time so we decided to go on Valentines day. The coat check was nice when arriving. We were seated fast and our server was pretty attentive overall. Issues we had were the ambiance was kind of lacking. .Not really screaming high end considering the pricing. No decorations for the holiday which was disappointing. Should have been hearts or flowers placed somewhere. The food was good but the seafood tower was more of a bowl. Not a lot of crab meat compared to competing restaurants in the area. Steaks were cooked well. Brussel sprouts and bacon were not good. Sprouts too hard and bacon undercooked. Fries were good but nothing special. Also the restaurant was fairly cold and I usually don't get cold. Overall not a great experience considering we spent over $300 and that's without alcoholic beverages. We won't be coming back to Smith and Wollenskys again.
