We have eaten at the Las Vegas restaurant many times and always had great service and amazing food so we were looking forward to visiting the Miami restaurant. Unfortunately our experience at the Miami restaurant was disappointing. The starters came and were all excellent, main course was served and one of the steaks had been forgotten, my husband waited for his steak to arrive and when it did it was very salty, he spoke to the server and made them aware and they took the steak away only to bring the same stake back with the seasoning scraped off it ! Another steak followed but was still extremely salty the server hadn’t made the kitchen aware of the over sesoning and the rest of the table had finished their food by then, and we just wonted to leave as the evening had been ruined. We were told we wouldn’t be charged for the stake which made us chuckle he hadn’t been able to eat the steak and he had left the restaurant hungry.

We had a table outside, which was fabulous. Food was delicious. Service was attentive if a bit rushed on a couple of occasions. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We truly enjoyed. Every year we land on my birthday Dec 9 in FLL and made it our tradition to run there early enough to hope and pray for a water view like right on the water table. And we have always gotten lucky knowing that this restaurant does not reserve out door tables. The ambience was 💯, the service 💯 and presentation of the meal 💯 and of course the food was delicious as it always is. Coming directly from Montreal Canada was the cherry on top.

Great restaurant in every way. Frequent often. My last visit I had a slight issue with bar service. I had a party of 5 waiting for our table and I went to the ‘half full’ bar and had two bartenders walk by me twice without even saying ‘will be right with you’. I had to find a Manager to get a bartender to assist me. I understand busy times, but just acknowledge ‘will be right with you’ to someone waiting to order at the bar. It reflects arrogance to me that comes with complacency. Small issue, one time occurrence, but annoyed me enough I had to post. In closing, great food, great servers, great managers, and most off great location.

We dine at S&W most times we visit Miami Beach, however this experience was below par. The value proposition is the bottomline of our disappointment.
