I had been to Smithtown Pasta House once before and the food was really good so I took a friend back for a low key birthday dinner. The food was once again excellent and it has a really great vibe. The decor is cool and there is a bar area which was actually crowded and fun. The pasta (vodka and carbonara) are delicious but there are great non pasta options as well. I had the flounder oreganata. It was delicious and it came with the best mixed vegetables. Salads were also cold and crisp and delicious(ceasar & pear Gorgonzola). The pomegranate margaritas were great. I didn’t want to drink anything sweet and they did not disappoint. The service was excellent. Our waitress was awesome and informative. And the manager was fantastic as well, and helped make my friends birthday special. Definitely going back here!

Food and Cocktails were amazing. Something happened in the kitchen we were told to one dinner out of 6 it took more than 15 minutes for it to come out . We were supposed a manger did not come over to apologize and nothing was done to make sure we were happy. We were the music was amazing beat night out dancing and eating in a long time !

We had a wonderful dinner last night. Joe Giordano is the best! Thank you for making our night special. Our drinks were outstanding. Try the short rib dinner!! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great meal on a Saturday night at 6pm. The server was excellent and the seafood pasta was delicious

Amazing Italian restaurant in Smithtown! The service is incredible, every meal is delicious, and Joe and his team were super accommodating to our group of 20 on a busy Friday night! Definitely recommend eating here if you’re ever on Long Island ☺️
