It opened its doors in Gladstone, Kansas City, Missouri, with one objective in mind: to provide Kansas City customers with the best barbecue and service possible. Very good experience, I took my mom who’s 85 out for Valentine’s Day. She ate to her heart’s content. It was very good. The service is always amazing, very attentive and very personable. Cheesy corn is awesome. Overall, a very good night and experience. Definitely worth it to make a reservation on a holiday, especially!

Food and service was great! Can't go wrong with the Super Crispy Sandwich with fries and the best baked beans on the planet!

Despite us having a large party, our waitress was very attentive, polite, and did an excellent job! The food was delicious and hot.

Waitress service was exceptional. Seems to be a little confusion when making a reservation. We had a reservation for 6:30, arrived right about 6:30 and we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait for a table. When I inquired about our reservation, I was told that all the reservations do is tell the cook staff approximately how many to cook for. After asking to see a manager and speaking to him we were seated within 5 minutes.

Food was amazing. They were able to accommodate our large group (soccer team) as well as parents.

The food was not very good. Service was “ok”. Restaurant was not even that clean… we were honestly disappointed.

Crispy Sandwich was as awesome as ever! And those beans...fantastic! Only suggestion is to chill the pitchers you put the beer in...the beer gets warm too quick.

While the service was great, the food just didn’t cut it. The meat was dry and the sauce was bland. There was nothing special or exciting about it. The table had a variety of different foods and everyone said the same thing. One of our party had an issue with something in their food that the staff immediately took care of, and very generously, but the quality was not good enough to make us want to come back.
