   Our server Marvin is very good and very focused on all our needs..we celebrated our son's birthday and Marvin spoiled him with special desserts..that's what I called GOOD SERVICE! Thanks Marvin..

   The service was horrible. You can never find your waiter. Took two hours to get your food.

   We were disappointed with the quality of food this time. This was our first visit since the new owners took over. Our prime rib was dry, and over cooked, the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes and our broccolini was cold. Our service was ok, but not the level we were used to. They did not have the salad and soup bar that they had in the past. Overall we were underwhelmed, I don’t think we will be back.

   it’s definitely not the smugglers I used to know. We missed the salad bar and the steak soup.

   We ordered a clam chowder and we shared a smoked meat sandwich. We received one clam chowder with 2 spoons… who shares a soup? The clam chowder had no clams in it, just corn and potatoes. The smoked meat was good. The service was poor. We had to get our own ketchup from the bar counter and ask for another server for more coffee. When I received the bill, the first option for tip was 18%, seriously?? We always go to Smugglers to celebrate special occasions. This is the last time.

   Food was lukewarm and by the time you sat down with your plate to start eating, some items were already cold. Only thing that was guaranteed to be hot when plated was the omelette station but there was only 1 burner making them so the lineup was far too long to wait unless you wanted even colder food. Partner enjoyed the dessert and fondue at least.
