   Very beautiful presentation of authentic Thai food. Service was great and friendly drinks were awesome. Please order a lychee martini thank me later.

   OMG, the food here was AMAZING! I can't wait to go back! The staff was very friendly and the ambiance was everything! I truly enjoyed Snap Thai Fish House.

   Journee was an amazing host. The experience was beautiful, she even informed me that parking validation is for 2 hours. Considering that was my second time there and I wasn’t informed before that elevated the experience. Small things matter the most!

   Dined during weekday lunch hour. Restaurant was practically empty - that should have been a warning sign. Gorgeous facility design and very pleasant service. However the food left much to be desired. Given that 1) the theme is "contemporary Thai flavors", and 2) the exec chef staged in southern France at one point, a discriminating diner might presume that the food would be robust in flavor and properly cooked. Neither was the case. Thai lobster roll plate - lobster was overcooked and scant in quantity - furthermore only an overcooked chunk of lobster was inserted into the roll, instead of being diced in chunks and mixed thoroughly with the other ingredients so that the diner would get a piece of lobster with every bite. Instead one had to bite through the bigger chunk stuck into the top of the roll. No flavor whatsoever in the entire sandwich. One might have expected some nice Thai ingredients or the like. VERY disappointing. Clam chowder was an insult to any decent New England clam chowder. Very little clam - mostly cloying heavy cream - very little or no flavor (certainly no essence of Thai???). Pont neuf fries were the only saving grace. Properly cooked and nicely seasoned with a hint of truffle oil. Upon complaint, the manager said it was a very popular dish - which really means Atlanta diners have no concept of good lobster rolls and chowder. Branzino in green curry was an improvement, but fish was overcooked in the pan and the underlying sauce had barely a hint of good green curry flavor - not a whisp of heat or lemongrass or galangal - just green colored coconut milk. Save your time and money - there are better Buckhead restaurants (though not many). There were similar mediocre to poor reviews of the food, and I regret not seeing them before walking through the door. Chef Lawlertratana is over her head. Infatuation Atlanta is hardly a competent review publication. Recommend she apprentice more some more before attempting center stage.

   I would say it’s a great idea and menu with room for improvement. My culture and background is I grew up on seafood, and I value highly fresh seafood. This restaurant didn’t seem to have as fresh seafood as I would expect for the prices. The shrimp were a little tough and lobster was a little overcooked. The oysters didn’t seem fresh and didn’t have that fresh ocean briny flavor. There wasn’t much traffic in the restaurant and that led to think there wasn’t enough turn turnaround to merit fresher seafood. Maybe we were having food that’s been sitting for a day. Who knows, it just wasn’t up to the standard I’m used to.

    Good but not great. Service was average and food had glimpses of greatness but lacked a bit in flavor.
