We had a great meal, enjoyed the spicy edamame and an assortment of robata meats. Our server Lea was wonderful- very nice, friendly and efficient.

We had theater tickets and our server never came to our table. For waters it was mid way through our meal. We asked for soya sauce for our sushi and she forgot so many times we asked another server who promptly brought it to us. Food was good but service horrible.

Thinking they were short staffed but our waitress worked hard to make us happy. Food was great except the sticky ribs which was taken off the bill. I would go back.

I was so disappointed. On October 18 at 4:56pm I made a reservation for October 24, 2024 for 5:15pm on Open Table. I received a confirmation with a confirmation number from Open Table. On October 23, 2024 I received a request from Open Table to confirm I would be there. I replied I would be there. On October 24, 2024 I called the restaurant to asked if we could move our reservation time forward 30 minutes. The hostess who answered the phone said they had canceled all of the reservations for 10/24/24 for a private party and she said she called everyone. Well she did not call me and when I told her I got an email to confirm I was coming and I had replied yes. She said she did not know where that email came from. So maybe this restaurant needs to also look at what reservations they have from Open Table. No apology from them for their mistake only a bad attitude on their part.

We have gone to this restaurant for many years and the quality has gone way down. We made a reservation , 1 month prior . When we arrived, even though the majority of the restaurant was empty we were sat in the corner of the bar. No ambiance in that spot, and had pleasure of watching staff stock the bar and mingle with each other . The lettuce wrap appetizer was terrible, could not see any chicken in it.. wanted the sushi that contained real crab and they said they were out of it. Overall very underwhelming experience and disappointing

We usually have an early dinner here whenever attending an evening show at the Benedum Theater...such a convenient location. The Asian Fusion Menu offers many tasty options...their Robatas and shared plates have become our faves. Servers and house staff are always friendly and efficient!

Service was great pricing on everything was a bit much even with a coupon deal I can’t say that I will be back. Came for a birthday experience but for the price the portions were lacking
