   Unfortunately for authentic Italian we voted no. Calamari cold and soggy.

   We had high hopes for this new restaurant. The ambiance is really great. I love the buildout they did to make it a charming feel. But from start to finish it was pretty bad. Now, we did last minute add a 7th person to our reservation and they did their best to work it out by squeezing us into the same table. It was really uncomfortable. I would’ve been fine with it if the restaurant filled out in the time we were there but the whole time it remained at about 75% empty. Many tables could’ve been added to ours OR accommodated our full group. From there, we had a salad that wasn’t delivered to one guest and came out after we were finishing the salads. The food was ok but not at the right price point for the area or the food. The waiter actually seemed really competent but was a bit disinterested or maybe had something else on his mind. We realized the following day that one check had an extra Caesar salad added to it. Funny since the salad that was delivered late was Caesar. We had a beautiful bottle of Italian wine. I wish I could give a better review but the hits kept coming with this one. Hopefully it’s growing pains and we will see some good reviews moving forward.

   Well, we r from out of town and We booked the reservation on the menu and pictures. The restaurant was great upon entering. The host was great, and super friendly while he sat us. Our waiter was a bit obscure. Seemed very in a hurry but did his job. Drink and cocktail recommendations were spot on. I was so hopeful for the melon and prosciutto salad that was online but was served the crispy prosciutto salad that was very good. Not what I expected but had the website up because I was trying to match the entree to picture. Received the salad, was sad but understood the change as the online menu was seasonal. The salad was good. The meal I asked for was no longer on the menu but I asked if they could make an exception. I was looking forward to the clams with linguini in a slight red sauce with fresh parm and pepper flake. What got was linguini, with 6 clams & some toasted ciabatta. It was swimming in sauce. I called over out waiter, telling him I understood the meal was made as an exception but was not what I was hoping for and not very good. He asked what wanted, I said I would like something different. He came 10 minutes later to take the meal, saying it was comped & left until my husband asked for the check. We were ignored for 20 minutes. No manager, no waiter. The manager had to come out to to fix the tab as we were rung up for two of the same drink and they charged us $9 for water…. No tip, never going back. I have never gotten up without paying but honestly. Idt they would have even cared.

   Jessica Walter-Upon reviewing our camera with audio in its entirety, I must correct you on your false accusations. First, you are not from out of town. You live in Jacksonville bearing a local 904 area code. You stated our Linguine and Clams is no longer on the menu. False. You ordered it. You ate all the clams before you expressed your distaste for the entree prepared for you. You not only continue to eat your entree, you shared it with your guest. Upon receiving the bill, you were upset that we charged for bottled water. We politely comped it. You claim to have not left a tip...You left a $4 cash tip. You are also in an industry that provides a service and receive tips for, being a salon owner in Jacksonville. Kindly, don't return to my restaurant.

   Beautiful ambiance and excellent cuisine. Our dinners were delicious. Friendly and inviting atmosphere. We really enjoyed our evening and will be back soon. Thank you!

   Food was excellent. There appears to be some issues with service, but they have only been open a relatively short amount of time. I assume this will get better as everyone learns the ebbs and flow. Overall, a very pleasant experience

    Outstanding food, wine, service and ambience. We are from the NYC/Philly areas and have dined at many of amazing Italian restaurants , this restaurant is on par with them. It was a great find for us. Highly recommended
