It’s the grove. What do you expect? Even good restaurants like Sogno struggle to maintain quality. The staff is dealing with tourists all day and in general they do a decent job at holding on to reality.

I think this spot has a lot of potential, but I was disappointed with my meal. With La Piazza being right next door, I was expecting this to be different, but pasta was just meh. I think fresh pasta, a better wine list at better value and a dish or two that sets this place apart from La Piazza could really save this place.

This restaurant at the Grove Shopping Center has tables inside and outside. It is one of the best Italian Restaurants ever but the quality of its food. One of the pastas we has was the Bolognese Ragu and it was fantastic, price $30.00. The "Selection of Bruschetta" was unique and also fantastic. Service was quick. We sat outside and enjoyed the people watching of those shopping at the mall. The outside seating is next to the water fountain (and Christmas Tree in December.) Try this restaurant as the food is very memorable!

Overall, food was fine/ok … nothing outstanding. Service was good and atmosphere was nice. It’s nice to go to The Grove during the holidays because of the lights and the tree and I don’t think it was that crowded… I don’t expect much regarding the food since the location is technically in an outdoor mall. Experience was good ..

Our servers were professional and engaging. The appetizers very good except for the butternut squash soup that flavor and/or salt. The pasta ragu bolognasa was very good. However the pasta pesto was barely warm and lacked salt. The skirt steak and squid ink pasta were very good. Overall, the experience was good. The kitchen needs some honing.
