    Looking for a fresh latin restaurant that isn't like the same ole Mexican restaurant? Sol's is the place. Fresh food, great service. I had the fish taco. The chips and salsa are served as you are seated. Great place to eat in the Common Kierland shopping area. It's the first place we go to when we get into town.

    Visited as walk-in but were told to do reservations for a standard table (we have a child). Made a reservation in the spot and had to wait 40 minutes for it. Ok. Got seated, had to wait about 10 minutes to get the server to address us and bring water, etc. Ordered and 45 minutes later ended up leaving because the food never arrived (apparently the order was never placed). Only got chips and a frozen margarita, which was originally ordered as strawberry and after saying yes we do have it they do not. The rest of the customers got their food, including people that arrived after us. Terrible service. Will not return and definitely DO NOT recommend, there are many other (and better) Mexican-inspired places to choose from.

    Visited this place for the first time and absolutely loved it. I love that they have a good selection on their menu. The food was amazing. Had the shrimp salad and it was delicious and very refreshing. I do wish they included more than just a few shrimp. Ended up ordering the Tres Leches cake for dessert and it was enormous. Four of us shared it and we couldn’t finish but it was delicious nonetheless. I love that it wasn’t overly sweet. Oh and don’t forget to try the mango margarita on rocks. You won’t regret it. Can’t wait to go again.

    Our server and the food were excellent. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation and were told to wait. At close to 6 we asked about our table and were told we’d requested outdoor and they only had indoor. Had we been informed upon arrival, we would have taken the indoor table rather than wait half an hour. Inside there were lots of empty tables but as we left we saw lots of people waiting. I think it would be a good idea to tell the customers that indoor tables are available!

    Despite having a reservation, we faced a long wait for a table. When we were finally seated, they placed us in a back banquet room with harsh lighting and no ambiance. The only highlight was our fantastic waitress, who provided excellent service.
