Comme le souvenir d'une cantina animée, le restaurant Soltoro Tequila Grill est situé sur le plancher de casino du Casino Mohegan Sun of the Sky (à côté de l'entrée du centre des congrès). On y mélange la saveur traditionnelle et l'authenticité avec une approche moderne. Le Soltoro sert une cuisine mexicaine contemporaine dans une atmosphère qui rayonne d'énergie et de plaisir. We recently dined at Sol Toro, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The standout dish was definitely the fajitas—probably the best we’ve ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that made every bite memorable. The service was fantastic, with a friendly and attentive staff that made us feel right at home. We also tried the Valentine’s Day margaritas, which were a special treat. Watching them make the margaritas tableside added a fun, interactive element, and the drinks were as delicious as they were beautiful. Overall, everything was excellent, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Sol Toro for a great meal and an even better experience!

Prices were high for quantity of food. Should be expected as it's at the casino. Service was slow. The restaurant was busy but clearly not sold out as there were plenty of seats. The food was alright. Nothing too crazy. I had 3 salmon tacos and 2 of the corn tortillas were very overdone rendering them hard. If you want simple Mexican food for a high price, then I'd go, otherwise, the casino has many better options.

Really good food. Tableside guac was amazing. Drinks were fenomenal. Food was seasoned good. Salsa and chips were good (salsa was not spicy, good or bad depending on the person), flavorful. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely go again.

Great experience on Valentine’s Day before a concert. The frozen coconut margarita was delicious and the table side guac was perfect (of course, we got it spicy!). Our waitress Ally was attentive but gave us plenty of time to make decisions and finish. Will return!

Another great meal at Sol Toro. Super busy between a concert that night at Valentine’s, but they handled it extremely well. We didn’t feel rushed, and enjoyed it immensely.

It was indeed a very pleasant and tasty dinner at Sol Toro last night. The orders were prepared just right and were of great portions. Our waitress Gina was one of the most wonderful, pleasant and accommodating servers. Gina truely fit the description of "service with a smile". We had a most enjoyable dining experience at Sol Toro and will return.
