Cooking is my CREDO, looking for being on top, always

I am a professional Chef with more than 40 years of experience in the culinary world, all over many Countries. I am actually based in Manhattan - NY, where I manage my own company. In Italy I have been working in my restaurant for 17 years where I was awarded of my first MICHELIN STAR in 2007. I am really fond of fine dining and high end food.

    A four course menu have already been set up (to be served for the whole table): - Cod fish brandade as a complimentary dish from the Chefs - Shrimp coleslaw salad and aioli - Trofie, branzino and artichokes - Turkey breast, stuffed with porcini mushrooms, sweet sausage, chestnuts and the gravy - Pumpkin pie on an Italian style All the dishes above are also served individually as "Specials", prices will be given at the Restaurant A la carte dinner menu also AVAILABLE

    Our first time, definitely not our last. From the moment we entered we felt that Sola was a very special place. Every one is happy to see you a makes you feel at home. The ambiance, lighting, decor are designed to make you feel comfortable. The food is amazing, and the service can’t be better. The owner/chef is every were making sure you are happy. MUST make a reservation. Enjoy!!!!

    My friend and I had a wonderful lunch at Sola Osteria. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The waiters were very attentive and the chef came out twice to chat with us. I want to go back for dinner next month.

    Open just seven months and they already have a following. Good reason for that too. The food is truly excellent. But that's not all. The service is unreal. I hope they keep that going. Everyone working in the place comes by to ensure you are enjoying your meal. It's a level of service I have only seen is some great Michelin restaurant in NYC. Keep up the good work!!

    This is a winner The service was great, the waiter attentive and friendly The food was spot on, perfectly prepared, the presentation was perfection. While the appetizers were perfection just thought they were overpriced. This is definitely a winner, worthy to be put on “A Must” list

    Best Italian meal I have eaten in northern NJ. The food was well prepared and very delicious. The wait staff was attentive and the chef/owner was on the floor ready to answer any questions that one might have. This is a must go to restaurant if you want outstanding and interestingly prepared pasta, or great piece of fish!

    Another wonderful experience. Staff is attentive, and the owner enhances the experience by taking the time to greet all guests. Excellent restaurant.

    Another delicious meal at Sola Osteria. We took our son and his wife for the first time and they were quite pleased.

    The staff is exceptional and the chef makes his way around to each table. Add on a complementary burrata appetizer and it’s a strong recommend for me! The details make this restaurant stand out.

    Menu is limited and a bit pricey but everything was freshly made and super delicious! Restaurant became quite loud when it fillled up around 7pm. Wait staff was fantastic -very attentive but not annoying.
