   An absolutely fabulous experience at SOLA. The food was incredible and the service wonderful. The Sommelier (I've forgotten his name - I blame the delicious Californian wine!) and host Jade made the night truly special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

   Absolutely delicious. Every mouthful was considered and balanced. More inclusive wine list that matches the price of the pre-theatre menu. Felt embarrassing to ask for a cheaper glass with the table next to us listening. The sommelier was wonderful though. The wait staff were friendly and attentive.

   Underwhelming February 2025 Reservation moved from 14.30 - 14.00 by restaurant the day before - not a problem…. 13.45 - phone call asking where we were 14.00 arrived and were placed in breeze distance of open door in February asked for door to be closed. 14.05 told that the menu was different as they are doing a collab (would have been nice to be told beforehand but we went with it) Also confirmed allergies which were told on open table, via email and via telephone call.. now confirmed in person 14.15 ordered bottle of champagne served in warm glasses and not a cold temperature £240 a bottle 14.30 food began to be served… it was all ok but all quite bland 15.00 table next to us left… staff changed the table cloth and began ironing it next to us 15.10 continued with bland food 16.00 given dessert that contained praline 16,10 another table the other side emptied and table cloth was changed and ironed 16.20 asked if we minded if a staff meeting took place on the table next to us.. we said go ahead we are leaving. 16.30 paid £650 for 2 people and left…. I leave you to make your judgements!

   Been to a few Michelin starred restaurants over the years - including 2 star awarded establishments. Sola is definitely one of the best I have been to. From the welcoming staff, servers and Sommelier service was excellent. The food was absolutely stunning. We had the wine flight and each wine was perfect with the course - and were ones I had not had before. The ambience of the restaurant ties in very well - not formal but relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely be back - thanks to all for a wonderful experience!

   Great service and food. The setting was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We loved the menu and what was great was that it challenged us. The wine pairings were good and took us out of our normal zone. Overall we loved it and highly recommend.

    We ate at Sola on a Wednesday lunchtime for my 60th birthday having seen it featured on Masterchef. I am soooo glad that we did. There was nothing that day could have been improved upon. We had the set menu lunch and wine pairing and between the two us I think we had every menu option. We both loved all of our food choices which were both delicious and clever and the service was impeccable. All of the staff managed to be both professional, charming and welcoming simultaneously. Sola's brand new sommelier was brilliant and really added to the experience. Overall, food, people and service made for a really memorable lunch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaraunt. Thank you Sola.
