   Sushi was not good but very expensive. Local fish was excellent. I’m now convinced the wine was watered down. It was extremely bland and I’m not a big drinker. Today I had a glass of wine at another restaurant and felt the alcohol. This restaurant is suspicious.

   The meal was delicious but unfortunately the service was horrible. The waitstaff was pushy and rude more interested in obtaining a double tip than attending to the diners' needs. Debating whether I will return as while the food was tasty ... good food is available elsewhere. The poor service overshadowed the entire dining experience.

   This place is beautiful. Don’t miss the sunset! The food was okay. Martini was amazing. The ceviche taco was the best. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. However, it took 30 minutes for us to get a cigar because of staff confusion at the front desk. To net it out a must see sunset have a martini and smoke a cigar!

   I am a huge fan of Latitudes in Nassau, it is my favorite place to eat. I was excited to try Solemar being manged by the same owners. I did read a few negative reviews but put it down as someone who is a complainer. My experience with Solemar felt like they acquired this building designed perhaps in the 70s or 80s and they just added their food menu to it. The first thing we noticed is that you park and have to cross the street to enter, but the road has cars going fast from both directions and you can't see them coming. As my son would say, "It's totally sketchy". We tend to say "the atmosphere is half the experience" when it comes to dining and the decor does not feel comfortable at all compared to Latitudes. We ate outside and noticed that people are allowed to smoke. I have not smelled cigarette smoke while eating in 30 years so this was a huge turn off. They have plexiglass that protects from the wind but it is very dirty, so you can't really see the beautiful water view. The food was very good but the crowd was a mix of couples there to eat, and smokers at the bar to hang out. As mentioned in other reviews the food did take what seemed to be longer than usual to come, and parts of the food were cold, yet there where hardly any people there. So if you don't care about smoking or dirt, just food, this place is good. You can sit where there is no plexiglass to see the water. Overall it just feels like an outdated building that has a good menu. Just look both ways and run when you enter the building. :)

   Our dinner at Somemar was very good- especially the scallops! The service was excellent. Would be best to go before sunset to fully enjoy the views and water front dining!’

   Tam’Ree was an amazing hospitality professional. We loved the service and food soo much we came back back to back days. We highly recommend coming in to see Tam’Ree and the rest of the staff.

    My husband and I went there for lunch, on the occasion of his birthday. Although I specified in the reservation that it was my husband's birthday, they did not take this into account. The food is not special at all, but the prices are high. When we arrived and the whole time we ate, the waiters were organizing the tables and making an indescribable noise. I do not recommend the place!
