The 5,156 square foot luxury day and night-life destination is designed to artfully merge progressive sound and lighting technology with magical garden-inspired decor to indulge guests in a uniquely immersive nightlife experience. El Grupo SN invites you to come to escape with a one-of-a-kind intimate winter wonderland experience with our Winter Rooftop Enclosure. Please note, this is NOT an Igloo reservation. Winter Rooftop Enclosure reservations also do NOT grant you access to our late-night programs in our main room (11PM- 4AM). Entire party must be present to be seated. Kitchen closes at 10:30pm. Cancellation of your reservation must be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no-shows or late cancellations, a fee of $50 per person will be applied to the credit card on file.

The concept of the igloo is absolutely great and they are really nicely decorated but it was freezing cold outside and the heater was simply way too small to warm up the igloo. In order to make this a real great experience they should pre-heat the igloo and should install bigger heaters or several smaller ones. Now the magic of the igloo is gone because you find yourself in a freezer. It was only 33 degrees inside the igloo! The complimentary bottle of Veuve Cliquot is great value for money though and the view on the rooftop is indeed stunning. They should also get better organized. We reserved at 17:00 for 2 hours but we could only enter the igloo at 17:20 because of extra security admin before being able to enter the rooftop. While they let us stay later than 19:00 in the igloo, the fact that they only open at 17:00 and then they need 20 minutes to do security clearing and get the elevator down (also took 5 minutes before they could sort that out!) is quite annoying and distroys the experience. In conclusion: if the igloo would have been preheated to a reasonable temperature and they would be a bit better organized, the experience would have been fantastic.

Adorable igloos on the rooftop with views of the city and Empire State Building. We were originally sat in an igloo in the center and asked to move to one on the outer edge so we had a good view and they kindly accommodated that. Came with a bottle of Vueve. We ordered the Smores which were cute added touch to the experience.

We pause for the experience and that in and of itself was lovely. We purchased a cheese tray that could have been displayed a little better; maybe a smaller tray would have made presentation a little better. But for sure the 5 crackers that came with our cheese and grapes were not enough.

I would be cautious when booking this the igloo it’s very concussing and you’ll end up booking the rooftop enclosure. They are two separate things. I would never have paid the money to go sit in the rooftop enclosure. Be cautious when booking the igloo

My husband and I had a teardrop igloo. It was incredible just to snuggle up and look at the incredible lights. Food was ok. Service was great. It was bitter cold outside but the little heater kept us warm. I would definitely do again.

Somewhere Nowhere has the potential to be amazing but ended up a bit disappointing. It appears very slick, with red carpet, velvet ropes and sleek staff, however the food was underwhelming and the service was dreadful. We had to ask for cutlery, napkins, to order a second drink, to order dessert, for dessert cutlery … It wasn’t especially busy, and I got the impression it is a place to come, have one drink take a cute photo and leave. Music was quite good, but there was a birthday party in who brought a speaker with alternative music, so I think the main music had been turned down. All in all, not much atmosphere, average food
