   Absolutely the worst food I can ever remember paying that kinda price for. It was really pitiful. I will never ever go there again. The food was awful, cold and not at all like described . So disappointed!

   We had reservations for 7:30, we arrived early which was fine we checked in and waited, we ended up waiting an hour until i went back to the hostess to re check. She then proceeded to say one second and went towards the back so it appears our table was ready and they never called us. I didn’t make a fuss I figured it’s the 31st and it’s busy but overall the food wasn’t that great there wasn’t much variety it was definitely disappointing. Now the bill was $700 because we were nine people which I wouldn’t mind paying but it just wasn’t worth it.

   Decent meal on New Years Eve but nothing special. Ran out of items frequently. Service was friendly but very slow.

   very short handed although shannon tried her best to serve us. the food was cold and dry. paid for 3 glasses of wine was only served 2

   Our reservations were for 6pm and we did not leave until 8:30pm. Our waitress started out nice. Brought drinks out and breakfast biscuits. We were supposed to get some kind of garlic roll. Then we asked for a refill on the biscuits and she asked if we were serious 🙄 😒. It was downhill from there. Then asked for a refill on our drinks and she made a comment like I guess you like our pepsi or coke. Service was slow is an understatement. There was five of us and we were given 4 pieces of chicken and the rest of the family style meal. Asked for seconds and they brought just 2 pieces of chicken. Asked for a third refill and the waitress made another comment saying I brought out the big cups. Rude as can be. Not Southern hospitality. Also asked for hot sauce and was ignored twice.

   Went for dinner. Food was good but service was very slow. They were more focused on the big parties and kind of ignored the smaller tables

    I don’t like the new family style service. The new family style service took forever. Bring back the buffet! We were also served biscuits from breakfast and not the normal cheddar drop biscuits. My kiddos were very disappointed they couldn’t pick out their food.
