Exceptional experience! Waitress was exceptional, food was exceptional, we LOVED it! 1st time visiting BigWhite and this was hands down the best meal……..on par with Toronto’s(our home) best. Highly recommend!

The service was great, they accommodated a late change so that our party could arrive earlier and eat in time to catch the gondola. Food was delicious. The only thing that could have been better were that they were out of quite a few wines perhaps given the busy holiday season. We had a couple of people with dietary restrictions and it would be great to see more dishes with gluten free options and less dishes with pork for those who do not eat that meat. There were more dishes than not with sausage or salami or ground pork involved. The place has only been own three weeks and these are changes that perhaps can come with time, otherwise it was great and we really enjoyed it.

lovely dinner, rushed at the end but was due to everyone wanting to get out to New years. Had to ask for steak knife. No one offered coffee or dessert but again we were a late reservation and everyone was trying to close up for the night. That being said everyone was extremely professional and we will return, no doubt

New Years was a little disappointing. Super loud booming music from the bar below made it loud and bothersome to enjoy table conversations and the bass was very distracting. Didn’t feel like an Italian restaurant with the decor and looked a-bit outdated. Disappointed the gun barrel drinks weren’t available as the website said they were and we were informed not for another few weeks. Service though, was excellent. The waitress went over and above with our drinks and service, and the food was very good.

Tara, thank-you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. It means a lot that you chose to celebrate NYE with us, and I'm sorry we fell short. While I'm happy to hear the food and service were enjoyed, I can understand why the music from Sam's would be a bit much. This is something we'll have to take into account in future years, but I apologize it affected your visit. Unfortunately we've been unable to source the equipment needed for the gunbarrel coffees (yet). It's not listed on our website, so we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We found it on Big White's website and have reached out and asked them to correct the information so we can manage expectations appropriately. I totally get your disappointment and we appreciate your compliments despite our shortcomings!

Great addition to Big White Ski Resort, had a great meal, staff were attentive and welcoming. Nice to see this space open again and it fits well as an Italian Restaurant.

Great to have this space open again with another really good dining choice for big white. For a newly opened restaurant, we can see a big (positive) change in service just in the last 10 days. Everything was operating flawlessly and we were very pleased with the food and service.

We always appreciate the attention to experience that the Nixon group offers and this new, cozy spot is wonderful. We enjoyed the burrata, pasta, and chicken. We wanted tiramisu but we were too full! Beautiful cocktails and wine.
