   A bit disappointed this time. The menu was a weekend Valentine's Day menu so the choices were limited. Service was good. Waitress was attentive. We ordered mussels appetizer, short ribs and salmon. The mussels were either overcooked or just incredibly small about the size of a dime at times. The red sauce was heavy and overpowered the mussels. The short rib dinner was a small serving. The salmon was a good size portion but the sides were skimpy. Based on this experience we would not be anxious to return especially at the price point. We looked forward to returning to this restaurant but were underwhelmed this time. Also when the food was brought to the table the servers questioned us about who had ordered what and the thing is the restaurant was about half full so it wasn't that everyone was so busy that the orders had to be up for bid.

   The recently expanded dining room is great. We had the special Valentine's weekend dinner menu. The beef wellington and the sea bass were both excellent and well presented.Our server was cheerful and prompt.

   It was a good Valentines meal. Food (short ribs, seafood risotto & calamari) was excellent! It was pretty cold in the restaurant … and granted to WAS Valentine’s day and the waitstaff was hustling! But hubs had to go to the car for a jacket (I brought a sweater so I was OK). Overall we enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back!

   The food was perfect. Staff seems very awkward and messy. Delivered our food to the wrong table two times. Didn’t seem like they new what they were doing. The ambiance could have been better the lights were very bright and one of the decorative ones were not working. Ambiance and service just did not match the food which was 5 star.

   Our reservation was for 7:15 on Valentine’s Day. P Our waiter was attentive. Drinks came out quickly. Experiences with other restaurants on a holiday has not been favorable—waiting 30-45 minutes past reservation before seating. But we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Very few diners waiting for their tables and we only waited about 5 minutes before being seated. Everything seemed to be running like clockwork. Our only disappointment was the scallop dinner was barely room temperature. We did not say anything as it was ok to eat at that temperature but would have preferred them to be a bit warmer. And we knew how busy the kitchen would be. Thank you for running a well-oiled machine!!

   We had a 7 o’clock seating for Valentine’s Day, we were a little early so we were seated at our correct time. Our table was not properly cleared off and set. Our waitress was pleasant, but just looked like she was doing her job. There was no warm encounter. Took our drink order and it took some time to be delivered back. Eventually took our food order. The food was just OK. It wasn’t over the top. It wasn’t bad. It was good but for the price it’s not what I expected out of South Fork. Is was a white linen dining area and you could hear the staff calling out and shouting as if it were more like a diner. And the staff’s attire, tattoos and piercings are a personal choice. Nothing wrong with them, but in an establishment where you have white linen tablecloth and the price point that they were at they should’ve been in white long sleeve shirts, a little more polish goes a long way. Stuff should’ve been covered up and I shouldn’t have seen tattoo sleeves on the wait staff. In my opinion and a local, South Fork has definitely drop down a notch. There’s more variety and other choices establishments to check out and go to for that price point. I doubt I will be back there anytime soon.

   They did a great job on an extremely busy night. Everything tasted great. Beet salad, pork chop and scallops were our entrees.

    Sea bass came out cool instead of hot. Beef Wellington was good. Service was a bit slow. Probably needed a little more help. Overall a good experience
