   A lovely charming low key neighbourhood restaurant. As part of the Worseley group the service was excellent and you felt very welcome from the minute you entered. The food was delicious and the whole experience was very enjoyable

   Excellent food, service and ambience . Our table was rather small for a party of 4 and the people at the adjacent table were very loud! We were pleased when they left!

   If only there were more restaurants in London like Soutine! What a pleasure to dine in an establishment that is so professionally run. We long for more such places where there are no surprises and you can count on being served very good food by impeccably trained staff. The ambience made us nostalgic, what with white tablecloths, banquettes and the art lining the walls. This is what we have missed. We dined on a Monday night with our two dogs in tow. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. We could even hear each other talk! Food-wise Soutine offers just what one would. expect of a traditional French bistrot. Steak tartare was perfectly seasoned and arrived crowned with two dainty quail’s egg yolks. Fries were good, but not amazing, ditto the onion soup which did not have the anticipated full crust of Gruyère, but still plenty of cheese on a floating crouton or two. New York style cheesecake was as good as it gets in U.K., and Sacher torte was a satisfying version. Wines are on the expensive side, our only gripe. We will be back with friends in tow.

   Every course was well presented by excellent staff and tased superb. An outstanding meal. One of the best I’ve had.

   Really lovely neighbourhood restaurant (similar to others in the chain, Colbert and Bellanger). Chips were a bit greasy and salty but otherwise everything was great!

    Unfortunately not a good experience, average food, poor wine list and too expensive considering the overall value received.
