Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Guests can also expect an innovative cocktail menu paired with an extensive wine and sake list.

Like any occasion at Soy Cowboy, the new weekend brunch will set the stage for a celebratory culinary experience complete with a pan-Asian menu boasting east-meets-west flavors and refreshing boozy libations. Enjoy dim sum, sushi, stir-fries, Korean fried chicken and waffles and cowboy steak 'n eggs every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

Despite having a reservation we were seated at a high top table in the bar, which wasn’t ideal. Food was fine but not outstanding for value of $ spent. Service was very good and we appreciated acknowledgment of the special occasion that prompted our visit.

Gaber was a very knowledgeable and friendly sever. We were having a business dinner and he was very accommodating.

We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Even something as simple as the edamame was flavorful and well-prepared. We went early in the week, so the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The ambiance was sleek and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe. The service was also top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re in the mood for sushi, small plates, or a full entrée, you really can’t go wrong here. I’ll definitely be back! You must try the cod.

Lovely Sunday night dinner! We went with the premium sake flight to pair with our meal and it was perfect. Looking forward to our next visit :)

Everything felt rushed. Our waiter was spread thin between us and two large partied. Other runners were bringing us our food and answering questions. The wine wine was warm. We also ordered Prosecco and they were sweet, pretty cheap tatsting. We sent the prosecco back. We were celebrating our anniversary. No mention of it whatsoever. It was so bad we rushed to get our bill and went and had dessert elsewhere. The billl was around $285.00 and it was just a waste of an evening. We will not be back

Great food, loved the springtime cocktail. My husband wished there was more of a variety of sides. He wasn’t full when we left.

I wish I could say if the food was good but I was never seated. I had made a $40 deposit to make a reservation almost 2 weeks out and was really excited to go check it out. Once we arrived we checked in are were told to wait. Time passed as other parties were seated and we watched we ended up waiting 40+min. After waiting that long I went to the front and asked why I was not seated? I didn't get a response but they offered to seat us immediately I declined the offer as I was frustrated. I get it mistakes happen and it was valentine's day but if I'm making a $40 deposit for a reservation at a more costly restaurant I expect there to be a better system in place so things such as these don't happen furthermore a little more accountability from the restaurant would have been much appreciated.

The food was amazing but we were really disappointed that we were shoved into some back room. We didn’t get to experience the main rooms aesthetic and we would not have came if we knew we weren’t going to be in the same space as everyone else. Definitely not the romantic vibes we wanted for Valentine’s Day. Otherwise the food was really good.

Delicious drinks and Lobster Wonton was phenomenal. Everything else we tried was simply par unfortunately. Portions are tiny and expensive. Very beautiful decor and excellent service though. Acceptable for a special occasion.
