I visited Spanglish for dinner on Friday night after it was recommended by a colleague. My friend and I made the reservation on Opentable and were seated immediately upon arrival. When we first got there, only a couple of tables were occupied. By the time we left, the place was quite busy. To start, we ordered the Timba Frita and the Yuca the latter was good, but not great. For our entree, we shared the 'Arroz con Pollo' and both agreed it was very good. I've heard their cocktails are good, but we didn't try any that night. I'd go back to visit the bar and perhaps to try some of their other dishes. Overall, i'd say it's a nice addition to the neighborhood, despite not being blown away by my meal.

Had a blast but the service was spotty given the large group. I suppose we might have had an even better experience if it was just the wife and I maybe one more couple. Great vibes tho

Not good, the hostess was not very accommodating. Once seated it took us almost 30 minutes and having to get up and complain twice to get our drink order ! The hostesses explanation was that everyone got there at the same time. Period. Once we got the drink order we ordered some food since we had 30 minutes to look at the menu, the food got to the table before our drinks, it took around 40-45 minutes to get our first drink but the food got there in less than 10 and all at once. Weird. We where a party of three, ordered appetizers a main course and 4 drinks and our bill was over $260. RIDICULOUS we won’t be going there ever again.

One of the best dinner experiences I have had in a long time. Fresh fun environment. Staff was unbelievably accommodating, informative and just nice. But the food...the food is unreal.

Super fun, vibrant, and welcoming hot spot! The cocktails were amazing! Their take on a Manhattan was excellent and the Old Fashioned was as well. Highly recommend for a fun night with friends or a date night (that's not meant to be overly romantic). We didn't order food except for some yucca fries which were super yummy.
