From the OpenTable editors: After years of fine dining on the Strip, James Beard semifinalist Brian Howard took the party to Chinatown, and opened his own restaurant Sparrow + Wolf in 2017. A globally inspired menu of wood-fired cooking includes dishes like fresh-baked sourdough, hand-rolled pasta, and innovate plates of seafood. With a dramatic black-and-gold space, a monster mural of a wolf, and late night entertainers, it’s just the right amount of Vegas.

    First of all, I would like to thank the reservation team that had accepted to change a party of 4 to a party of 8 last minute. Service is remarquable… food is just amazing! Try the oxtail hummus, steak tartare, endive salad with crisp pork is just soo delicious!!!! Cocktails are really well done …. 10/10!!!! I would go again and again and recommend 1000% … thank you, thank you for this remarkable experience

    The tasting menu was very good. Loved the squid ink risotto and the ox tail hummus. Wine choice was great. And server was smart, professional and knowledgeable of menu and wines. One of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. Will definitely return.

    Amazing food and awesome service. Pretty loud inside but that’s your standard modern dining experience these days so not a problem at all. Really enjoyed it and great way to get away from the strip and get some remarkable food and drinks.

    I was hoping for a fine dining experience with the tasting menu and price tag. Was disappointed that it was more of a causal vibe than what I was expecting. Food was pretty good, wine pairing was worth it. Probably wouldn't go back for those prices.

    We love Sparrow and Wolf and I can say that I've never had a bad meal here! Our Monday night dinner was a bit hit and miss....seems as though there were some issues in the kitchen with timing. Some dishes came out cold when they should have been hot and one dish "The house specialty" came out when all of the other dishes were already eaten. Our server was very apologetic which helped but it's a tough crowd trying to please my frugal and finicky parents, especially at such a high price point. Might be hard to get them to try it again even though they seemed to really enjoy the food. For me, I'll be back to have dinner at the bar which seems to be the best seat in the house.
