We had a lovely time. The food was perfect for Thanksgiving and I am grateful we made this choice.

The entire event was very organized and beautiful! Our server was so attentive and kind- an absolute pleasure to be around!!! The food was delicious and a wonderful selection- especially the roasted brussel sprouts and the warm blueberry cobbler. We loved the music and the flowers. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving experience!

Food was room temp, not hot. Selection and taste were good. However, for the price, the value was ok.

We have been to other Mother's Day brunch places, but this was by far the best! The food was delicious, and the stations were spread out so there was no crowding around the offerings. The fact that you could made a reservation for any time (rather than having 2 or 3 seatings) was terrific also, since there wasn't a "rush" to the stations for food.
Drink service was a bit slow -- not sure if that was due to the servers or the bartender(s), but that would be my only "complaint."
And the photograph and little truffle box was a very nice gesture.
We all really enjoyed ourselves, and never felt rushed.

I enjoyed the overall experience as you could tell thought went into this event with good food options and a nice ambience.
My concern was the service was so off putting I was embarrassed that the guests I brought had a less than desirable experience. From the odd check-in, re-checking in process to even be allowed in the room, to a table that didn’t have the basics, like place settings for everyone, salt/pepper, cream/sugar for coffee all of which was available at some tables and not others. We had to share water glasses as they didn’t have enough at the table and we didn’t see our server for the first 30 mins to order basic orange juice and more water for those that hadn’t gotten any, and even the drinks that were ordered after we flagged down a staff member was wrong for half the table.
The omelet station was staffed by one person who had to race to accommodate a massive line, the individual did a great job under the poor circumstances.
After spending brunch at Nemacolin for Easter vs this Mothers Day brunch it was easy to see a significant difference for almost the exact same price point per person. The attention to detail, staffing and thinking through how the experience will be for people needed more from the Fairmont considering what they charged for the brunch.
