    Staff were excellent, just not enough of them. Took too long to take our drinks order. Food, average, small meals, our entrees was tiny, we should have been advised, it was not large enough for 2 people. Great that you could split the bill.

    We celebrated my birthday at Spero and the food, ambience and service never disappoints. Our waitress, Tijana was amazing, so delightful, attentive and efficient. The food is always so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

    As always the food was exceptional Busy day meant service was slow and the heat was not able to be balanced by air con so not as comfortable as usual. Won’t stop us coming back again and again

    Spero maintains its standard - delicious food, attentive service, and a super updated fitout. Value for money too. The outdoor areas are great in the evenings but we didn’t take advantage on a very hot January afternoon. Well done … ❤️

    It was a shame the air conditioning was not working during the 39°C hot day. Staff could advise, and windows should have been opened to allow air flow. To top it off, tablets were not working at the register, so was added up manually, relying on us to advise what we ordered. We later found out there was a power outage everywhere. Otherwise, meal was great, presentable and with flavour. Will visit again (with air conditioning next time).

    Service was extremely poor. All waiters did not know where food was going to. Food from other table kept coming to our table and vice versa. We received our starters after our main meal. Was excited to dine with Spero however severely disappointed. I would not attend again or recommend to anyone. Spend your $$ elsewhere

    The staff were very lovey and inviting. The food was amazing! The table we were placed at was a little bit awkward, it was a bit too tall for the chairs, but other than that it was great experience. Next time I will book a regular short table though haha! Can’t wait to go back

    Newly renovated inside which looks great but bench seats were uncomfortable as the capping protrudes so you can't lean back. Menu has changed which was disappointing to see our favourite items gone. Prices are up as well but not in the ridiculous range yet. Sad to see no chicken gyros on the menu as well. Half chicken comes with one pepper for $38 is a bit steep. Chips are great as well as the chicken souvlaki. Cokes are 1 can between 2 glasses with plenty of ice so feel a bit cheated there. Atmosphere was buzzing and can get a bit loud inside.
