   Food, wine and service were fantastic! Only complaint was the overly bright, non- dimmable lighting in the cabins (recited by borrowing some faux candles from the hallway and turning off lights 😊)

   For $42 the lobster for the fondue was not worth ordering. Only one very small lobster was sent out for two people. The speghetti could have used a lot more sauce. I did like the fact that they brought out a blue tooth speaker that I was able to connect my phone to for background music. I would highly recommend this experience.

   Everything was outstanding. 8 women celebrating Galentine had a great time. The cabins were warm and cozy and the food and service was amazing.

   A unique culinary experience and the setting was romantic and intimate. The staff was absolutely amazing. The food was great and the drinks were delicious.

   Our server was terrific! The food is excellent and the ambience is amazing. It is very pricey and doesn’t include drinks. I also think the serving sizes could be bigger for the price.

   Food was ok didn’t care to eat bone marrow or the fish was nasty but the potatoes and lamb and asparagus was great

   The ice skating rink is plastic, not actual ice, and the ice skates do not work on it at all! The atmosphere up high, the view and service were excellent, but the ice skating was nonexistent.

   We came here for the “Winter Village” for “ice” skating! There was NO ice! We paid $93 for NO ice!

   My children and I are excited to go ice skating at the Four Seasons Hotel. ⛸️ The environment and service there are excellent. I believe ice skating events are extremely popular; however, the skating rink is designed for hockey training rather than traditional ice skating. Instead of real ice, they use Hockey Extreme Dryland Flooring Tiles. My children told me that they cannot spin smoothly and retreat well. We are very disappointed 🙁

    Was truly so excited for this event, but left feeling a little disappointed. Let me go over the positives first. The view and ambiance was sensational, especially around sunset time. The service was extremely kind, helpful, professional. Loved the idea and the service. However the "ice" was merely a few plastic sheets pushed together, you couldn't even move on the ice with your skates, because it wasn't slippery like ice. Was really bummed about that because that was the whole invite to "ice skate." And then was offered what seemed like complimentary hot chocolate which was delicious , however was asked to pay $16 for two hot chocolates plus added gratuity. Also the automatic added gratuity for buying the tickets in general was high, so just an overpriced event that we only partially got to enjoy.
